NEW SPECIAL FOR SINGLES! WUMN will have a Singles Mingle from 7:00 to 8:00 and a Dating Board where you can post an "OFFLINE AD" throughout the night.
"A few years ago we were at the WUMN Gala and our single friend was looking to hook-up. As a joke we made up a CraigsList/Lesbian Life-type ad on the back of a cocktail napkin. We laughed about it and thinking no more of it than as a joke, left it on the table. Wouldn't you know- our friend got an email reply from that cocktail napkin 'posting'. What a hoot! We laugh about it to this day, because as it turned out, she had already dated the woman!"
Moral of the story, sure you can hook up online, but F2F is keepin' it real! Meet your special "Someone", or nuzzle up to your LTR on February 13 at the WUMN Gala Dance.
