Disclaimer and Release of Liability

I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in a Womyn Unlimited Minnesota (WUMN) Event. I am aware that there are inherent risks and hazards involved with participating in outdoor activities and I am voluntarily participating in the activities with the knowledge of these potential dangers. I am not relying on WUMN to prevent such occurrences. In order to participate in this WUMN Event activity, I, being fully informed of such risks and hazards, agree to assume all risks of such occurrence. I hereby waive any and all claims or actions I may have against WUMN and agree to release WUMN from liability in any and all personal injuries to myself.

I have carefully read this release and fully understand it. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between WUMN and myself and I willingly agree to it.
